**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity with our vibrant Ceres Life brand for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about building brands through digital and social channels.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and as a member of the Ceres Life leadership team, you will oversee the digital marketing and online trade efforts for the brand. Your primary focus will be to deliver our brand growth targets through digital marketing strategies that expand our brand reach, increase our customer engagement and drive profitable sales. In this dynamic digital startup environment, you will manage a team of two, allowing you to play a key role in shaping strategic direction while staying hands-on in execution.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing Leadership role (brand side experience is preferred but not essential)
- Strong experience in developing and executing Social Media content strategies, including optimising and scaling Paid Social Accounts (Meta, Tiktok)
- Experience in SEO/SEM and website optimisation
- Understanding of technology underpinning platforms, particularly Commerce Cloud and/or Shopify
- Exposure to the ‘Ecommerce Equation Program’ or a digital pure play / start up would be highly desirable
- Proven ability in financial modelling is highly regarded
- Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
- Able to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
- Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
