Caterpillar Care Support Services (CCSS) is **urgently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers** to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities by providing critical care and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support skill development for independence and community participation.
- Facilitate social and recreational activities to foster inclusion.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
- Provide mobility assistance, medication reminders, and personal hygiene support.
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of services provided.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for clients.
- Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments and social activities as needed.

**Requirements**:
**1.**Currently have access to a registered and reliable vehicle?

2. Currently a valid driver's license?

3. currently have a full comprehensive car insurance?

4. Immediate possession of yellow card

5. Immediate possession of blue card

6. Immediate possession of Certificate 3 in community services or equivalent

7. MUST have first aid and CPR certificate?

9. MUST have National Police certificate?

10. NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate?

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with mobility aids and equipment.
- Familiarity with the NDIS system.
- Ability to support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
