This is an exciting opportunity for a customer orientated Pre-Site Manager to join Metricon - Australia's Number 1 New Home Builder 6 years in a Row on this “12 Month Full Time Secondment Role” based in our Mount Waverley Head Office working with our high end Melbourne Knock Down Rebuild Customers.

You will primarily be responsible for coordinating customer information in their pre-site stage picking up from the sales team following a deposit to handing over the customer to the build team. You will be the main point of contact for our customer should they have a question or wish to raise a variation. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service / experience in managing customer projects and their journey through the pre-construction phase following deposit through to site start
- Driving customer jobs through Metricon’s system with timeframe constraints as forecasted and budgeted
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure drafting, permits and finance approvals are on schedule
- Managing and processing customer variations to contract
- Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation
- Consistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; and
- Assist with all Customer Support related tasks.

- Knowledge in being able to read plans and contracts
- Extensive experience within an administrative capacity or customer service capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication is essential
- Experience within the construction industry or having built your own home would be a massive advantage
- Experience working in a time critical working environment
- A positive attitude and team player disposition
- Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders; and
- Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office, experience in using database systems is an added advantage.
