**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate assistance with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing to support dignity and comfort.
- Serve meals and offer support during mealtimes, ensuring residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
- Observe and monitor residents' health and behaviour, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
- Assist with safe mobility, transfers, and positioning to support residents’ independence and physical wellbeing.
- Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.

**About You**:
McLean Care is looking for certified, caring, and empathetic individuals who are passionate about supporting others and making a meaningful contribution to their community.

Essential:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to use smartphone/tablet & learn new systems for work purposes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- 2 Recent Managerial Referees
- Police Clearance - we run one for you for free
- Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude
- Current First Aid/CPR certification or in process of obtaining

Beneficial:

- Previous experience in a Residential Aged Care setting
- Medication Administration Certified
