What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Supporting residents during mealtimes and ensuring a dignified dining experience
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour
  • Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Maintaining safety and infection control standards

About You

We're looking for individuals who are not only qualified but genuinely care.

Essential:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit for safe manual handling tasks
  • Confident using tablets/smartphones for work purposes
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Two recent managerial references
  • Police Check (we cover the cost)

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in Residential Aged Care
  • Medication Administration Certification
