Reporting to: Finance Manager

Your main responsibilities and activities will be as follows:

- Accounts Payable - entering supplies invoices into Xero and ensuring correct coding
- Bank account reconciliations for multiple company accounts
- Credit cards reconciliations for supplier payments
- Reconcile receivable payments from clearing accounts (Paypal, Shopify, Afterpay)
- Import sales invoices into Xero from Point of Sale software
- Notify wholesale of customer payments
- General accounting and office administration

Skills and Experience:

- Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Reconciliation
- General administartion
- Good written and verbal communication
- Basic Xero, Excel and Word
- Problem solving

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
