Clublinks operates Moore Park Golf, Sydney’s premier Golf entertainment venue on behalf of the Centennial Parklands and Moore Park Trust (Trust). Located within 5km from the CBD, the Moore Park Precinct is a sought-after entertainment and recreation destination for the local community and beyond.

Each year Moore Park Golf has over 22 million golf balls hit on the driving range, 75,000 rounds of golf played and 25,000 golf coaching experiences; Moore Park is a one stop golfing and entertainment destination.

**The Role**

Moore Park Golf are currently seeking an energetic, motivated and service driven Duty Manager or someone looking to take the next step in their career to join our venue.

In this role, the primary responsibilities will be to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure smooth operations between the entertainment, café & functions to ensure customers have an exceptional experience.

**As a F&B Duty Manager, you will play an integral role in this fast-paced, high-volume venue by**:

- Provision of food & beverage service across the Clubhouse, Bar, Patio café and function room spaces
- Training, motivating and continual staff development with a hands on approach
- Ensure the exceptional delivery of customer service standards are met and that staff are held accountable for service deliver
- Support with stock control, management and ordering
- Support the daily management of staff including staff supervision, support, training & mentoring
- Workplace health & safety, stringent food hygiene standards and the responsible service of alcohol
- Improving staff knowledge and skillset to improve on customer engagement
- Ensuring the venue’s appearance and atmosphere is held to the highest standard

**The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Energetic and vibrant approach with the ability to bring new ideas to life
- Current RSA certificate and police check
- Safe Food handling certification
- Excellent barista skills
- Great knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails
- Highly motivated and an exceptional self-starter
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High level of customer service skills in a variety of hospitality offerings
- Experience in high volume venues and events

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
