- event shifts begin 11th November -23rd November 2024

The Show runs from 24th November 2024- 9th February 2025

Weekday Shifts range between the hours of  3pm - 11:30pm

Weekend shifts start time may vary starting 9.30am-10.30pm

**Location** -Under the Big Top, The Entertainment Quarter (122 Lang Rd, Moore Park NSW 2021)

To be considered for this opportunity you **MUST** be available to **work 4-5 days** a week regularly over the duration of the shows( Show dates
- Wednesday to Sunday ) This includes evenings and weekend shifts.

**Food and Beverage Associate**

Working Hours: 35 - 40Hours, 5 days per week (Subject to change according to the show schedule)

Primary responsibilities include:

- Works in assigned concession area;
- Serves customers and manages cash registers;
- Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required;
- Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely;
- Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly;
- Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties;
- Keeps the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins;
- Performs other duties as required after each selling period;
- Will help with setup of concession

**Mandatory requirements**
- A Valid RSA Certificate_
- A Valid Food Handlers Certificate_

Previous experience working as a F&B attendant
- Possess the ability to learn ticketing software / EFPOS and retain a high level of complex information;
- Be comfortable working in a loud environment;
- Be calm, motivated, polite and courteous;
- Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture.
Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos);
- Be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up-and
- down stairs frequently;
- Understand customer service and hospitality;
- Work well with others;
- Pay attention to the details;
- Working fast and efficiently under pressure;
- Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings); Know when to get the help of a supervisor;
- Availability for the whole city duration;
- Speak English Mandatory - other languages are an asset

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.83 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
