**The Company**

We are working with a global leader in medical technology and research. They are currently investing heavily in Australia, bringing world class products to the Australian market.

The operations globally generate $7billion locally generate roughly $750 million in revenue, and they are currently looking to further build and expand their product portfolio locally.

Based in the CBD they are looking for someone to bring a positive, presence to work within a close-knit collaborative team, where there is a strong attention placed on employee value and development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**

This role of Commissions Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business performance metrics and managing commission structures for the sales team. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into business performance and sales effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain commission structures for the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
- Calculate commissions accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with established commission plans and policies.
- Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and IT teams to streamline commission processes and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to sales compensation.

**Profile**
- CA, or CPA qualified
- Excel skills, pivot tables & V-lookup
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter attitude with a strong attention to detail, driven to meet tight deadlines
- Please note this role will have a hybrid work arrangement
