Overview

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
- Feature Prioritisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise feature sets, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Story Prioritisation: Work closely with the development team to prioritize user stories, ensuring clear and actionable requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate meetings which will help engineering teams, product teams to delivery services which helps to bring services to market early
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
- Customer Focus: Drive customer outcomes by continuously improving the product based on user feedback and market trends.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a collaborative culture and high-performing delivery team
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of project initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related roles, preferably in the payments domain.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, CSM) are a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of agile principles and practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with payment systems, technologies, and industry trends.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
