Our Mining & Infrastructure Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations. As a trusted partner to the WA & QLD resource sectors, Calibre is integrated in our Client’s Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:
The Planner/Scheduler is to provide support to the business in developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure that projects can be accurately tracked and reported on for schedule and costs. Your responsibilities will also include;
- Assist the PMs/SPEs with the updating and status of project schedules
- Prepare long and short-term forecasting for project staff requirements
- Produce reports as required by the project and senior management teams
- Provide benchmarking information that can be used to assist with pricing tenders
- Work with the procurement team to develop schedules for project tenders
- Support the Project Managers with commercial claims and extension of time justifications

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**:

- 4+ years relevant experience, ideally within a mining and resource project environment
- Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with people at all levels
- Good, broad knowledge/experience in Microsoft “Office”, particularly with P6 & MS Project
- PowerBi experience is beneficial
- Work with a high degree of confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment
