Over the coming months we will undertake detailed separation and transition planning to ensure our teams and customers are supported through this process. For this we will require a strong PMO Lead to help us facilitate a seamless separation process.

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable professional to lead and navigate this transformation. You will play a crucial role in supporting us with a seamless transition. This is a chance to be part of a significant evolution in telecommunications.

**Responsibilities**:
For this we will require a PMO Lead to:

- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to facilitate a seamless separation process.
- Compile and manage complex steering packs across multiple work streams.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project forums, including decision forums and steering committees.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels, both written and verbal.
- Support detailed separation and transition planning to ensure team and customer support.

What you’ll bring:

- Experience managing or working in a large Project Management Office
- Experience compiling complicated steering packs across multiple work streams
- Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies
- Hands on approach with strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience managing project forums - including decision forums, steering committees
- Project Management certification essential
- Prince2, PMBK or equivalent
- Must have experienced working in a waterfall delivery environment
- Excellent excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
- Ability to flex up to 5 days office attendance where required
