Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO) - Financial Services Industry

Location: Melbourne, Australia

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an effective technology strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and priorities.
- Lead the development and execution of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, business units, and external partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in financial services.
- Proven track record of successful technology strategy development and execution.
- Strong knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and grow a team of technology professionals.
