The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 40 to 200+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 3 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.

Organisation is your middle name - and you will help us to manage processes that will assist in delivering the best experience to our people, and you will have exposure to all areas of the employee lifecycle. You’ll need to be a solid communicator with a can-do attitude who can maintain an effervescent attitude even when the goal posts are continually shifting. You take pride in being able to think on your feet, are proactive and can research when required to get things done, and done well, all within a timely manner.

Whilst experience tells a story, the right attitude speaks louder still. As important will be confidence, maturity, the ability to work autonomously and make sound, calculated judgements. The HR Function of our business is expanding rapidly and we are hiring for a number of roles, if you have skills in any of the following we would be happy to talk to you about how we could shape this role to work for both of us; HR Information Systems (HRIS), Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Analytics or Health and Safety.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Process day-to-day core HR activities including onboarding, employee change requests, offboarding, employee letters, reporting, HRIS data management and stakeholder management.
- Assist with measurement of employee engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation.
- Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain data management processes and standards, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations. Generate HR reports and analytics using HR systems, providing meaningful insights for decision-making and supporting HR metrics and KPIs.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of HR systems, including the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
- Help implement initiatives that deliver enhanced employee engagement and achieve positive workplace culture.
- Maintaining current knowledge of the workforce-related environment, opportunities and threats, along with external industry trends, best practice human resource strategies and legislative changes.
- Involvement in the Awards and Recognition Process
- Background and Working Rights Checks

**Requirements**:

**Skills & experience we value**
- Experience using Google Suite, Slack, Trello
- Any experience with Workable, Bob, CultureAmp or LinkedIn Recruiter would be amazing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism, and handle sensitive and proprietary financial information in strict confidence at all times.
