Therapy and Stuff Allied Health Services is seeking a **Registered Early Childhood Educator / Qualified Teacher** to work in a key worker model alongside Occupational Therapists, families and NDIS clients to support learning, social participation and daily life skills.

**Your Role**:

- Deliver **1:1 and small group therapy sessions** tailored to each child’s needs **both in the Clinic and Community** environment.
- Work closely with the **Lead Occupational Therapist** to integrate educational and therapeutic strategies.
- Write session notes and reports for **NDIS**.
- Help families implement **learning techniques** at home and in school.

**We’re Looking for Someone who has**:
✔ A **Bachelor’s Degree or higher**in Early Childhood Education, Special Education or a related field.

✔ **Current registration or membership** with their relevant registration and or professional body.
✔ Minimum of **2 years’ experience**working with children with **developmental delays**.
✔ Understanding of **NDIS processes and goal-based learning**.
✔ Strong **written and verbal**communication skills.

✔ Capable of working in a **team environment**.
✔ Passion for creating **inclusive learning experiences** for children.

**Salary**:
Starting at 80,000 per year FTE + Super + PD allowance + Bonuses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burpengary QLD 4505: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- working with children with developmental delays: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
