Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working within the creative agency landscape.
Preferred qualifications:
- Industry experience in marketing/digital marketing.
- Expertise in crafting, planning, executing and measuring a digital marketing campaign from creative brief to post analysis.
- Knowledge of brand, performance products, and offerings.
- Understanding of the creative development process, digital design, UX design, creative research, planning, and measurement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead C-level relationships.
- Excellent public speaking and facilitation/workshop skills, with recognized industry reputation in marketing forum, involving in crafting award entries, white papers, and thought leadership narratives.
**About the job**:
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As a Creative Works Partner, you will work across Large Customer Sales advertiser teams, creative and media agencies to transfer our creative intelligence, developed over thousands of experiments, into the ecosystem so that they can build the most impactful creative assets and approach on digital. Building this creative intelligence requires you to disrupt, test, track, brainstorm, analyze and develop creative experiments internally and craft these findings into narratives and case studies to share externally. This balance of the left and right brain is a unique skill-set you will need to bring.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage portfolio of agencies/advertisers inspiring creativity, breakthrough thinking and experimentation on Google’s creative canvas via insights, consultation, training and workshops. Develop creative intelligence, hypotheses, experiments, and scalable narratives. Drive Google/YouTube thought leadership for marketing campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google/YouTube ad products and creator offerings across brand and performance, and the critical role creativity plays in client business results.
- Deliver case studies with agencies showcasing Google’s technology/platforms being used creatively. Manage operations across internal teams and create new consumer experience opportunities for brands using our core tech.
- Develop relationships and influence external clients, agencies, and internal Google teams and stakeholders. Produce, customize, and deliver highly effective presentations/workshops for audiences, including C-level.
- Identify, define, and scale global creative best practices. Export local best practices, project manage creative support for clients.
