Exposure Creative is a design agency that specialises in Point of Sale Design, Product and Packaging design.

We provide creative and unique Point of Sale design solutions for major brands and retailers. At Exposure we manage the entire project life-cycle from conceptualization through to placement in store or end use.

We are currently recruiting for a full time mid to senior level, creative Industrial Designer to join our team. The role will be based in North Sydney with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

The ideal designer will possess the following skills and experience:

- The ability to work with other Designers in progressing a collaborative solution to a client brief
- High level of skill in Adobe CC (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- High level of skill and proficiency working with SolidWorks (understanding of materials and surfaces)
- Proficiency in ArtiosCAD for structural cardboard design is favourable but not essential
- The ability to communicate the features and benefits of their designs so the client recognises that we have responded to all elements of the brief and have extensively explored all options
- Understanding of and experience working with different materials such as cardboard, MDF, metal, acrylic, petg, polypropylene (pp), ABS etc.
- Possess the skills to sketch concepts before developing in 3D Solidworks
- Ability to present high quality professional renders
- Ability to understand die lines and ability to create print ready artwork
- Ability to approach problems from different perspectives to provide creative solutions
- Be highly motivated with a solid work ethic and a keen eye for detail
- Have good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines
- A professional and positive attitude towards clients and suppliers

The successful applicant will be highly creative and possess a flare for outside the box solutions. An ability to work with shapes, understanding of brands in retail and shopper marketing is a huge plus
