**ABOUT YOU**

**Your role as a TITLE**:

- Provide excellent customer service to Perth Mint visitors and clients whilst ensuring utmost professionalism in carrying out shop duties and develop full knowledge of the shop’s varied product range.
- Follow procedures whilst processing Sales through POS
- Assist with removing high valued stock in the evenings and placing it back on display in the morning.
- Assist with stocktakes and maintain stock in storeroom as required.
- Assist with creating visual Merchandising of display cabinets. Restock and maintain displays according to merchandising brief.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Weekend duties, balancing of tills before shop start and preparation of shop banking and eftpos reconciliation.
- Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts.

**We are looking for a someone who has**:

- Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
- Passion for jewellery and coins.
