**Gaming Quality Assurance and Process Optimisation Manager**

The Star has a brand-new role ready for an inquisitive and driven QA manager This role is a real opportunity to make an impact and contribute to the overall direction of compliance at The Star by strengthening our operational regulatory compliance.

You will provide assurance to business leads regarding departmental compliance as well as recommendations for streamlining processes and improving efficiencies. **About your new role**
- Review and monitor all regulatory requirements for Table Games, Electronic Gaming, Cashier Services & Premium Services departments, to ensure correct procedures in place to guarantee compliance.
- Consolidate and align cross departmental procedures and business practices to improve operational accountability and consistency.
- Work with the business and stakeholders to identify high risk operational practices and ensure adequate controls are documented in procedures and training materials.
- Ensure all gaming business and operational procedures and policies are correctly documented, aligned and up to date and to develop any additional procedures and policies.
- Monitor & investigate any breaches or gaming errors to determine cause and provide recommended solution.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience within a similar or same position
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and review operational adherence with unquestionable integrity
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a variety of stakeholder across multiple departments.
- Gaming experience is highly desirable but not essential
