What we’re looking for.

You will have a warehouse, inventory background or have held a similar position. and the important role of monitoring and enhancing the logistics and warehousing activities for Haleon. As an analyst, you will coordinate and manage third-party 3PL providers, ensuring that our products are handled efficiently through freight, warehousing, and repacking processes. Your efforts will give us the control we need over these supply chain links, while also identifying opportunities for cost savings and improvements in customer service.

A day in the life:

- Work closely with the ANZ Warehouse and Distribution team to achieve our overall strategy and annual plans. This includes focusing on cost, service, processes, systems, and customer logistics, in coordination with global support functions such as Global Logistics, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and IT.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure our distribution networks in ANZ meet quality standards.
- Assist management with closing activities at the end of each month, quarter, and year, as needed.
- Support major projects, including site changes, network modelling changes, business structure changes, and new product introductions.
- Help with internal and external audits as required.
- Perform Master Data maintenance activities on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
- Ensure adherence to Haleon Warehousing and Distribution policies.
