We're seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the team and contribute to the culinary excellence that defines the establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will**:

- **Oversee a team of 20 staff, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.**:

- **Maintain the high standards of service and attention to detail that the guests expect.**:

- **Collaborate with the kitchen and wine experts to ensure flawless food and wine pairings.**:

- **Train and develop staff to deliver excellence in customer service.**:

- **Assist in organising events and special occasions, making them memorable for our patrons.**

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar setting.
