**Description**:
About the role

Reporting to Senior Manager-Aged Care Program, we are seeking a reliable, efficient, and experienced professional to lead a team of coordinators in the role of Program Manager
- Aged Care.

This position will be responsible for providing leadership and support and manage all day to day program operations and functions. The team provides in home and community supports to participants to support them to maximise their independence and live safely and well in their own homes.

The successful applicant will have well-developed leadership skills, computer skills and demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management and organisation skills, an understanding of the issues facing older people and their carers and a passion for making a difference in the community.

You will have a strong commitment to upholding the CRCS values and a great knowledge of services available in your community. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear more about you.

In addition to program development, you will lead a passionate team, guiding them to achieve program aims and aligning their efforts with the organisation's vision, purpose, and strategic goals.

A valid driver's license and access to a roadworthy, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle are essential for this role to fulfil work-related requirements.

**CRCS also requires all employees to**:
Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
