We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to Join Adbri on a fixed-term 6-month maternity leave contract with the unique opportunity to contribute to a major growth-focused acquisition project. **Key Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with local business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth, using data insights and workforce planning.
- Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management in alignment with our values and policies.
- Develop and maintain local industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
- Lead the local rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organisational change.
**What you will need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change, and HR planning.
- Strong, knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
