An exciting opportunity exists within Cockburn Cement for a Reliability Planner to join the Western Australia operations group at our **Munster **site.

Reporting to the Relaibilty Manager, the role will be accountable for the planning, resourcing and scheduling of both mechanical, electrical and site services work orders associated with shut down and maintenance activities.

This** full time permanent** position is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skill set with one of the major producers of cement and lime in Western Australia.

**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate a high level of safety, health and environment standards in line with the company's HSE policy
- Lead the planning and organization of maintenance tasks and shutdowns
- Establish and maintain the equipment maintenance history of all site operational assets utilising SAP
- Maintain and improve reliability strategies within SAP ensuring maintenance plans, checklists, work instructions and spare parts lists are developed and updated regularly
- Budgeting and cost tracking of projects and shutdowns
- Stakeholder engagement to develop work scopes for maintenance tasks, organising resources, tools and spare parts
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for all operational assets
- Contractor management including work scope development, review and execution
- Planned maintenance reviews and optimization
- On-site management and supervision of maintenance projects
- Coordinate and manage site services maintenance activities

**What you will need to succeed**
- Engineering Trade qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role; ideally in a manufacturing or heavy industry
- Proven experience with maintenance and planning principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
- SAP and MS Project experience (essential)
- Master Data experience
