**The role**

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at one of our major manufacturing sites in Munster, WA. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Cement and Lime business across multiple states in Western Australia.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a key role in employee and industrial relations, while driving the implementation of strategic People & Culture initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a supportive and passionate team committed to building our ‘One-Adbri’ culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Lead complex case management and provide expert advice on employee matters.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and escalations.
- Support multiple Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
- Deliver divisional programs aligned with Group priorities.
- Enhance employee experience and performance through strategic initiatives.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business partnering HR role.
- Strong background in industrial relations and collective bargaining.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
