As a Brand Ambassador you will play an important role within the Advocacy function which is a vital element of our brand building model. An exciting opportunity to represent our brands by influencing trade and consumers to increase relevance and drive recommendation within Australia. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders to increase knowledge and expertise within the business to impact our company’s external positioning and growth.

**Meaningful Work From Day One**

The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for leading advocacy initiatives with consumers and trade, developing compelling plans to support brand strategy and foster commercial relationships. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact our brand visibility, industry influence, and relationships with both external partners and internal teams. As part of the newly formed ACE Team (Advocacy, Partnerships and Content) you will work closely with Brand Ambassadors, Content and Event Managers to deliver on business objectives.

**What You Can Expect**
- Leads the development and execution of advocacy campaigns that promote Brown-Forman’s brand values, vision, and mission with consumers and the trade.
- Manages key partnerships with external customers, trade and the bartender community to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Delivers high-quality, engaging sessions that educate and excite consumers and trade and aligns with the company’s and brands strategic goals.
- Partners with brand marketing, commercial and channel teams to align content and advocacy initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Reports and analyses the effectiveness of advocacy initiatives, providing visibility and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develops and nurtures relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders to enhance Brown-Forman’s public profile and reputation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, Events and Public Relations, to ensure consistency in messaging and advocacy efforts.
- Ensures all advocacy initiatives comply with brand and company policies and industry regulations.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Proven expertise in partnership and advocacy, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Broad knowledge in alcohol beverages and categories including process, provenance, mixing and serving suggestions. Must be RSA accredited.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in developing and delivering compelling messaging.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, influencers, and industry key contacts..
- High-level understanding of the industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, identifying new opportunities for brand elevation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for brand advocacy and storytelling, with a focus on both internal and external communications.
- Ability to manage budgets, track and deliver against key brand and business performance metrics.

**What Makes You Unique**
- 3- 5 years of experience in advocacy or a related field, with a proven track record of developing strong partnerships.
- Previous experience in hospitality with a track record of driving successful partnerships and training/tasting sessions (on or off premise industry experience preferred).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in managing high-profile partnerships and advocacy campaigns within a global or premium brand context.
- A creative yet professional approach to Advocacy sessions, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- An understanding of the spirits, beverage, or luxury goods industry is a plus but not required.
