Role Description

This is an on-site casual role for a Flexologist located in Parramatta, NSW. The Flexologist will provide one-on-one assisted and group stretching sessions, develop custom stretch routines tailored to each client, and educate clients on the benefits of stretching. The role involves continually assessing and tracking client progress and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Flexologist will also contribute to a positive and energetic studio environment by maintaining cleanliness and organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and muscle function
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide personalised attention and build strong client relationships
• A certificate or degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team player
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
