**The role**:
An opportunity has arisen to join our Commercial & Product team in an Administration and Account Support capacity Working within our Fly Commercial team, you will be a key contact point for our airport client partnerships and also provide internal administrative support for a wide range of stakeholder groups. You will also:
- Answer any queries or concerns from airport partners, ensuring SLAs and contractual obligations are met, providing regular reporting and updates
- Work closely with our internal stakeholder groups to address day-to-day requests from sales, operations (airport approvals)
- Manage Fly collateral and system management on behalf of the Fly team
- Collate monthly reports, analyse data and provide commentary and recommendations
- Administration: Collate passenger numbers, communicate data and statistics to sales team, ensuring systems and maps are updated, managing airport partner bookings and general administration.
- First point of contact for all sales related queries.
Based in our brand-new North Sydney offices, overlooking Sydney harbour, you’ll join a close knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to clients. **The Experience**:
You’ll have a background in front line customer service or sales support, be commercially minded and be able to decipher business contracts and documentation (a background in contracts administration, paralegal or administrative work is favourable). To set you up for success in this role you will also:
- Be a strong communicator and an expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
- Be meticulous with an eye for detail and be able to prioritise your tasks effectively.
- Possess intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT).
- Have exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Be a dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
