- The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships, managing sales and reporting cycles, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your Federal Government accounts. You’ll be a proactive and curious member of our growing business, providing clear reporting of account status, smooth onboarding of staff to accounts, and a single touch-point for customers. Your contribution will help us maintain strong relationships with clients whilst building a rewarding career.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support clients by understanding their challenges and guiding their expectations
- Maintain Salesforce data hygiene whilst managing the creation and execution of contracts
- Work with our Talent team to resource upcoming engagements
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyse data to identify trends
- Provide oversight to the billing process to ensure a high quality, end-to-end customer experience
- Run meetings with clients to provide clarity of their account status, work that is being completed, and work that is currently forecast for contracting/resourcing.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects

**Required Experience**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a sales and/or client facing role
- Experience providing solutions with either State Government or Retail / Manufacturing organisations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts, including ad-hoc requests
- Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM a must
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, ability to create influence
- Proficient Excel skills and strong organisational skills
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
