Goodwin Aged Care is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and organized individual to join our team as a **Concierge and Workforce Planner**. In this role, you will provide high-quality service to residents, visitors, and customers, ensuring the smooth running of our reception area and efficient rostering of staff. You will work closely with teams to deliver exceptional care and service to our residents while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and customers in a professional and personalized manner.
- Provide information on facility operations, products, services, and resolve minor issues or refer to appropriate managers.
- Assist with event planning, reservations, and bookings in collaboration with catering services.
- Direct residents and customers to amenities, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Support marketing efforts, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
- Oversee procurement of supplies and maintain storerooms.
- Ensure efficient rostering and scheduling of staff, managing unplanned changes and leave requests.
- Collaborate with managers to adjust rosters, maintain service standards, and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
- Work with the payroll team to meet deadlines and manage reporting requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting team members, recognizing achievements, and encouraging participation in meetings and training.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills, with high computer literacy.
- Experience in live-in care accommodation operations and database management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and adapting to changing priorities.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and Work Health and Safety standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to quality systems and process improvements.
