Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Landscape Solutions is looking for a top Team Leader to oversee a team of gardeners working on some of our most prestigious clients’ sites. If you are a good motivator with a hands-on approach, this might be the role for you

**So, what duties can you expect to do?**
- Motivating your team to ensure that only the highest standard is being delivered
- Hands on leadership approach
- Maintain the gardens, lawns, and grounds of our clients
- Ad hoc administrative duties

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous team leading/supervisory experience
- Sound horticulture knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment

**What will you need?**
- Ideally possess Certificate III in Parks and Gardens
- Driver’s licence and WHS White Card
- National Police Check or be willing to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- 5+ years of experience
