Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. As a Functions Coordinator no two days will be the same - this is a hands-on role, out on the floor in a fast paced environment. **A day in the life of a Functions Coordinator**:

- Work with clients to design and deliver memorable function packages
- Manage inbound and outbound sales to grow bookings and meet targets
- Coordinate suppliers, prepare quotes, and ensure smooth event execution from set up to pack down
- Lead by example on the floor - engaging with guests, serving F&B, and maintaining RSA & safety compliance

What do we need from you

**About you**:

- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You hold a current RSA certificate
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
