We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team to provide exceptional personalised service and a positive member experience for our community at Plus Fitness Ettalong Beach.

Day-to-day duties consist of responding to member queries, club tours for potential new members, maximising sales memberships, and ensuring that the club environment is clean and well presented for all.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
The essential skills & qualifications we are looking for:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Previous customer service background
- Self-motivated
- Certificate III in Fitness (or higher)
- First aid (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
- CPR (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)
- Working with Vulnerable people check/Working with Children check (If not currently holding would be willing to acquire)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing exceptional service to existing members and potential members of the club
- Commitment to club presentation, look and feel
- Increasing and maintaining membership sales

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Fitness, & First Aid & CPR qualification (required)
