The Maronite Sisters of the Holy Family Village has been providing high quality aged care services since 1991. We have extensive experience and a solid reputation in the aged care industry.

We manage aged care facilities in two locations - Marrickville and Dulwich Hill.

**We are looking for an experienced and passionate manager to join our executive management team to lead the clinical team.**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

Current registration with AHPRA, Division 1

Five (5) years post general nursing experience

Excellent communication skills

Experience of management role in aged care home a must.

Certificate/Diploma in Gerontology/Aged Care/Management Preferred

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

To assist the Facility Manager in achieving company goals & objectives.

To assist the Facility Manager in the provision of management services and operational direction for all employees.

To be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and provision of care services.

To act as **clinical consultant **for personal and health/clinical care matters.

To monitor Health and Personal Care standards are maintained for residents.

Resume the role of Facility Manager in his/her absence.

To assist the Facility Manager to ensure employees are adhering to company policies and procedures in all areas of service delivery.

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**

Assist the Facility Manager in implementing the philosophy, objectives and policies of the village and manage the day-by-day operations in areas of:
*Resident Care

*Staff Management

*Quality and Continuous Improvement

*Accreditation

*ANACC

*Infection Control

*Work Health and Safety

*Education and Development
