**The Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Attract and build a pipeline of diverse top talent, run thorough and effective recruitment processes to ensure sourcing the right people to drive long term high performance.
- Facilitate the Wellness, Volunteer and Social Activity calendar with a view to drive a culture of high engagement, strong relationships and mental and physical wellness for employees.
- Ensure managers are supported to engage, coach, develop and get the most out of their teams.
- Oversee the career goals and learning objectives for all team members, ensure we are driving constant improvement and supporting employees to reach their professional goals.
- Ensure the HR Policy suite and HR Handbook is reviewed and updated annually. Provide coaching and advice for employees in following HR policies. (i.e. Leave, Performance Management etc).
**About you**
You will have a high level of motivation, thrive working at pace within a close-knit team and have a personalised approach to supporting people in their careers. This role would suit a HR Advisor ready to take the next step in their career, or a more experienced HR Manager looking for a flexible opportunity in the funds management sector.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years working as a HR professional.
- Ability to take ownership of deliverables and perform under pressure.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
- Strong knowledge of current Australian employment legislation.
- Experience in working with Talent Management Systems as an administrator (especially ELMO) would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and markets would be advantageous.
