This global consumer products organization has an extensive network of retail outlets and hosts a suite of highly recognized premium brands. Their stores provide their consumers a unique shopping experience that is unmatched elsewhere and due to winning a new long term contract, they are experiencing significant growth.

**The Role**

Your role as the DC Manager is crucial to the expansion of this fast-growing organisation. You will report into the Supply Chain Manager and have 1 direct report, plus indirects, whilst overseeing distribution centres in Tullamarine (3PL) and Melbourne. Your primary requirement for this position is to build a best in class DC operation in line with their growth. This position calls for an experienced individual who takes responsibility and is accountable for all DC-related tasks, including the strategy, SLA’s, implementation of KPI’s, warehouse performance and people and safety leadership.
- A demonstrated track record in DC Management.
- Multi-site experience
- Retail and/or e-commerce experience would be advantageous
- Strong on systems with the ability to lead others.
- Commercial acumen coupled with the ability to manage P&L’s.
- Leadership experience and an understanding how to effectively work cross functionally.
