Based near West Footscray VIC, an exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic process worker to join the biggest meat processing factory in Australia.

Our client has the largest multi-species processing facility in Australia, processing beef, sheep, and goats. Their processing facilities have access to all major international markets, providing Australian livestock suppliers with a range of markets and brand opportunities.

The processing plant is located 15 minutes West of Melbourne’s CBD are currently seeking Processing workers who are eager to take the first step toward a career in the meat processing industry.  If you’re hard-working, reliable with a can-do attitude and looking for an opportunity for full-time employment with ongoing training and support, we want to hear from you
- **As a Process worker you will **_h_ave experience or be eager to train and work in various areas of our meat processing plant. Be comfortable working in the production environment, boning room or slaughter floor. And handling raw meat and animal bi-products. Adaptable to a fast-paced physical role with a focus on safety and quality and willingness to learn and perform laboring duties such as trimming, packing, weighing, labeling, machine operating, manual handling and cleaning.

- Available for Full-time employment, Monday to Friday.
- Available for an AM shift, onsite at 4.30am.
- Have reliable transport (there is no public transport in the area for the morning shift)
- Willing to undergo pre-employment medical and Q Fever immunization.
- Reliable, committed, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude.

**We are a leading producer of meats and small goods in Australia.**

The open positions will require you to work on an ongoing basis for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The starting pay rate for the permanent role is $26.01 per hour.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- General Manual Handling
- Packing and packing meat products(Raw meat)
- Heavy lifting may be required
- General factory duties

To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following:

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, on an ongoing basis
- Ability to work autonomously and in teams
- Full work rights within Australia
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Must have own transport.
