The City of Perth is seeking an Alliance Manager Properties to provide Executive and Council support with the provision of high-quality advice to enhance and support the City’s decision-making processes. This position will establish good working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

The Alliance Manager Properties is responsible for effectively leading and managing the activities of the Properties Unit to ensure that all City-owned properties and leased facilities are maintained to a high standard and all leases and licences are administered correctly with the aim of improving the current property portfolio revenue and profitability outlook.

As the Alliance Manager Properties, you will support the City by:

- Managing all operations within the Properties Unit and the delivery of the City’s Commercial Property Strategy.
- Maintaining a high occupancy rate of existing premises.
- Developing and recommending property asset management strategies to achieve the City’s objectives.
- Ensuring all property transactions, including the preparation and administration of property maintenance and acquisition budgets are coordinated appropriately and to standard.
- Providing strategic direction to the Properties Unit, including the determination of internal policy, budgetary control, and project initiation.
