We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned General Manager looking to make a real difference through their work at myHomecare across Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra.

**So, what does the role entail?**

No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true leader in the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there. You’ll be responsible for:

- Designing and delivering operational plans and objectives for the regional operations teams, ensuring quality compliance aligned to the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
- Accountability for the management and leadership of client facing services and ownership of a regional P&L and budget, delivering against KPI’s.
- Growth minded, with the ability to continue the strong growth of the region.
- Providing operational leadership and management (to Office and Community employees) within the Central Coast, Hunter and Mid North Coast Region.
- Lead care management functions with operational responsibility for process, culture, people, safety and quality outcomes.
- Lead a team of Nurses who are delivering complex clinical care.
- Regional leadership for a range of programs, including NDIS, Home care packages, iCare and CHSP.
- Driving service delivery outcomes with oversight for the scheduling and administration functions.
- Contribute to the national Operations Leadership Team and identification of best practices processes and rolling out national initiatives
- Contribute and respond to analytics insights with localised operational plans
- Leading the response on serious client incidents and complaints.
- Leading and implementing key projects alongside strong change management.
- Embedding and sponsoring a client and employee centric culture that delivers on myHomecare’s What, Why and How.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Degree / Diploma or other qualifications
- Registered Nurse (desirable but not essential)
- Experience leading teams
- Previous operational leadership experience
- Home care (desirable) or other Aged care experience
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable
- The right to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
