**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees’ roster.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Work with the commercial team and directors to create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hire, train, and oversee all staff.
- Respond to customer concerns.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a retail manager or similar position.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience with skin care or beauty products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
