Fella Hamilton is an iconic Australian fashion chain and we are looking for a motivated, confident and experienced Cluster manager to oversee 5 NSW stores and also manage our Rose Bay store.

Your week will consist of working 3 days managing your own store and 2 days in cluster stores.

**THE ROLE**:

- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Engage and empower the team through ongoing training & mentoring
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and administration.
- Weekly reporting
- Stock control & stock takes
- Merchandising including being able to follow a store guide for catalogue launch and promotional set up.
- Mentoring, thinking outside the box to expand the data base and brand awareness within the community.

Reporting to and being supported by the State manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and to support and mentor your teams.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experience in managing teams.
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Loves customers-you are a confident communicator and have a natural sales focus
- Agile, energetic and resilient-you can adapt quickly to change
- Previous staff training and performance management
- Tech savvy
- Ability to use initiative and be a strong team player
- Great attention to detail

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- visual merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
- POS: 1 year (preferred)
- working to budgets and kpi's: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)
