We're seeking a **Rostering Coordinator** based in our Brisbane CBD Office to help us deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients. **_This role is a 12-month parental leave contract._**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Roster support workers and back fill shifts for unplanned/planned leave.
- Build and maintain knowledge of agreement, policies and procedures.
- Communicate shift changes and escalate roster-related people matters.
- Establish and maintain data in the rostering system.

**To be considered**:

- Experience and skill maintaining a roster of staff.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure to find a solution.
- High level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great team player; ultimately self-motivated and reliant.
- Good computer skills + ability to pick up systems quickly.
- Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS clearance required to start (we can help).
