**Position Description**:
**Support Worker Wanted Urgently**

The PCA/Support Worker provides essential support and assistance to clients in their daily activities, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

3. Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.

4. Offer medication reminders and monitor health status.

5. Assist clients with transportation and running errands.

6. Support clients in rehabilitation exercises and the use of assistive devices.

7. Communicate updates and document care provided.

8. Focus on client dignity and respect personal preferences.

9. Maintain a safe living environment through safety practices.

10. Engage in ongoing training and professional development.

11. Educate clients about the importance of self-care, activities, and cleanliness.

12. Incident reporting to the office.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $38.79 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
