Our client has grown to become one of the leading aged care agencies in Perth and are currently seeking a Manager in Attraction & Recruitment

**The Company**

With a track record dating back to 1901, our client has grown to become one of the leading aged care agencies in Perth. They stand beside their clients during times of personal change, using experience and understanding to be the support they need. Services include in home care assistance, residential aged care and retirement living along with disability care and assistance.

**The Role / Duties**
- Lead the organisation's Attraction and Recruitment Strategy.
- Oversee the Recruitment team's performance, implementing and monitoring KPIs.
- Build partnerships with external services and internal stakeholders to identify and implement recruitment pathways.
- Oversee and manage recruitment policies and procedures, and materials for continuous improvement.
- Update Chief People & Culture Officer with regular reports as required regarding the performance of recruitment services and initiatives against KPIs.

**Required skills and experience**
- Significant experience working in or leading recruitment and talent acquisition with relevant tertiary qualification.
- Strong understanding of contemporary recruitment and diverse talent sourcing practices.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and experience in talent management systems.
- Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver's License.
- Current National Police Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination and flu vaccination.
