- ** Full Time Position**:
We are seeking a Executive Housekeeper to lead our dynamic team of room attendants to deliver excellent cleanliness and service to our deserving guests.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Lead a team of housekeeping attendants, managing tasks associated with rostering, recruitment, performance management and engagement.
- Provide initial and ongoing training to housekeeping staff on the standard housekeeping procedures, including quality, productivity and safety standards
- Monitor costs of housekeeping-related expenditure, and manage these in line with budgets
- Manage staff rosters in alignment with the occupancy levels of the hotel
- Above all, take ownership and an active role in the housekeeping, public area cleaning and guest service delivery of this cooperate hotel.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You must have experience leading housekeeping or cleaning teams
- You understand basic core competencies: Payroll %, Minutes per Occupied Room, Inventory Management (linen, amenities)
- You will have an eye for detail and be driven to continuously improve your output (quality and efficiency)
- You understand that this is a hotel servicing guests seven days a week and are comfortable managing your time accordingly
- Have full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia. No Sponsorship will be offered for this role.

**Lancemore Crossley St Hotel**is located at the top-end of Little Bourke St and is a one-of-a-kind theatre-inspired, design-lead Hotel in the heart of the Theatre District.

The Hotel is ideally located to capture guests from the rebounding corporate precinct which surrounds us, whilst also maintaining its reputation as a place to stay when experiencing the arts, entertainment and restaurant culture that Melbourne is famous for.

The Hotel comprises of 112 rooms that have been inspired by our surrounds, a stunning rooftop terrace and an inviting lobby bar.
