About the role

Supreme Hospitality Services is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations at our flagship hotel in central Melbourne. This full-time role will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional cleaning and guest services in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting and inventory control
  • Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel
  • Lead, train and develop a team of housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Implement efficient cleaning procedures and quality control measures
  • Liaise with other hotel departments to coordinate housekeeping services and address guest requests
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Exceptional leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with guests
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, inventory management and budgeting
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Housekeeping or a related field
