**The Role**

As the
**Executive Housekeeper**, you will be responsible for managing and leading the housekeeping team. You will have leadership experience, excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.

**Key Position Responsibilities**:

- Establish and implement operational procedures and standards.
- Manage hiring, rostering and performance of employees.
- Train and mentor your team.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping department.
- Inspect all assigned areas to ensure standards are met and maintained.
- Set and adhere to budget controls.
