To continue our success, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic and people orientated Environmental, health, safety, rehabilitation coordinator and training coordinator to initiate and assist in the development and implementation of PepsiCo’s EHS programs, with particular focus on delivering industry best practice programs relating to Health, Wellness and Rehabilitation.

Based at our site in **Tingalpa** this is hands on high pace role that will work with the wider PepsiCo leadership team to improve worker capability through the development and delivery of EHS training programs across all functions.

**You Will**:

- Deliver EHS (Including Health, Wellness and Rehabilitation) programs locally through the adoption of the Beyond Zero EHS program.
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our employees
- Initiate, develop and deliver EHS training plans for the Queensland.
- Manage EHS Training Programs across multiple functions and sites.
- Oversee the management of claims of injured employees in the workplace, which maintains a balance between the needs of injured employees, within risk management principles.

**You Will Have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in OH&S, Rehabilitation and Training
- Working knowledge Acts and Regulations in relation to Occupational Health & Safety.
- Have a solid demonstrable working knowledge of local regulatory compliance requirements (across EHS)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Safety (and Environmental) management in Manufacturing environment.
- QLD Fire Safety Advisor Qualifications
- QLD Rehabilitation Officer Qualifications
