**Let’s talk about the roles and responsibilities**:
As a **Data Modeller**, you are responsible for developing and implementing data modelling principles, governance processes, and ensuring enterprise data conformance. Having good analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and expertise in enterprise data models, data vault methodologies, and governance frameworks will be an added advantage

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Construct and review data models in accordance with enterprise standards.
- Develop and embed data modelling principles and processes.
- Implement data asset governance processes and ensure adherence to these standards.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data & Architecture teams, including Data Delivery, Orchestration, Analytics & Insights, Data Provisioning Platforms, and Architecture.
- Work closely with business SMEs, data stewards, and data engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies.
- Support enterprise conformance production and data asset management.
- Manage risk and compliance requirements, escalating issues as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in data modelling and/or data architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data modelling practices and processes.
- Experience working in large enterprises and financial services firms.
- Proficiency in Erwin and FSDM data models.
- Data Vault 2 experience is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusting relationships.
- Ability to work in an agile squad environment with mínimal supervision.
- Results-driven, analytical, and a creative problem solver.
- Ability to manage aggressive timelines while maintaining quality.
