A great opportunity has become available for an experienced **HSE Systems Business Partner **to join the corporate team. **The role will act as a HSE Systems Product Owner and work closely with internal system users, risk owners, and HSE Team Members to help the business reliably deliver improved HSE outcomes.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**As **the HSE Systems Product Owner, you are accountable for**:

- Working with stakeholders across TANZ to develop and embrace a shared vision for processes and systems where there may be an unwillingness to accept new concepts, practices and approaches.
- Ensuring business processes; practices and systems meet legislative compliance and self-insurance licence requirements.
- Specifying new processes and systems based on organisational strategy and participate in developing the HSE technology strategy.
- Driving for the delivery of greater value through improvements to HSE products, services, systems and tools, while also overseeing the effective maintenance and support of existing solutions
- Directly and clearly influencing the course of action around processes and systems that determines the achievement of results. Provide training, guidance and direction with the implementation of HSE Management System improvements.
- Develop HSE data governance model to increase efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of HSE reporting, reducing the administrative requirements for site based HSE professionals.
- Work cooperatively and demonstrate a continuous improvement growth mind-set by contributing and testing ideas for improving work practices, collaborating with business leaders and manager to achieve objectives and strategy.

- Undergraduate Degree or relevant industry qualifications
